Cost

Fishing Experience Day prices start from £65 per person depending on location, numbers etc.  A full written quotation will be provided before you are committed.

Maximum party is 8.  This guarantees you sufficient one to one tuition to master the basics.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required 14 days in advance and the balance three working days before the event.  (Sorry no Credit Cards) Gratuities to the guides are at your discretion.

In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions an alternative date will always be agreed.  If no suitable date can be found then at the discretion of Fish The Fly a full refund will be given.  You can and we do fish in most weathers summer and winter.  All the locations have adequate shelter but of course there are limits and in keeping with our principal objective that it must be enjoyable for all we do have to call off on occasions.

I am often asked if there are discounts for children.  Frankly I have found young children do not enjoy a full days fishing and I don't take children under 12 and no unaccompanied children under 16 years.  Remember you are by water and small children would have to be under constant supervision, not a good recipe for an inquisitive 9 or 10 year old or a Mum and Dad looking for a relaxing day.
